Hi, Dental Park Family,

First and foremost, Dental Park hopes this email finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over

the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our everyday routines and habits. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Dental Park decided to limitedly open our dental practice with phases, starting May 25, 2020. All the elective dental treatments, including regular dental cleanings and check-ups, will be postponed until we get further update from Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS).

During Phase 1 opening, Dental Park will accommodate 'emergency' and 'likely to become emergency' cases, for the patients who have pain, swelling, and discomfort, but not limited to the patients who have active caries that can get bigger in the near future, the compromised tooth structure that needs to be restored to prevent further damages, etc. All the scheduled dental appointments will be evaluated clinically and radiographically before the actual treatment.

Infection control has always been a top priority for our patients and all the staff members of Dental Park, and it is of utmost importance during this COVID-19 era.

To keep up with the most updated infection control recommendations from American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Dental Park has prepared the new protocols and equipment for our patient's safe dental visit.

  1. Pre-appointment screening: The Patient Screening Form will be informed by either email and/or phone call before every patient visit. Please complete all the questionnaires through the patient portal or call us back to review before your dental appointments. The form will also be available on our website (dentalparkcare.com
  2. Temperature check: Touchless forehead thermometer will be used before the patient check-in.
  3. Social distancing at the office: Please wait inside the car, and our staff will call or text to help your check-in process. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We apologize in advance if you get offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
  4. *New* Protective Devices: Dental Park is implementing additional medical-grade air purifiers throughout the clinic to help significantly reduce the transmission of any virus and bacteria. New extra-oral suction will be utilized for every dental treatment to control aerosol occurrences to protect our patients and staff members.

We look forward to seeing you again soon and are always happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep our patients safe. Please call our office at (781) 326-6260 during our phase 1 office hours or (857) 244-0631 if you have any emergency or questions during after-hours. You can also visit our website at dentalparkcare.com to get some more information.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming our patients, neighbors, and friends back.

Sincerely,
Dental Park
